Terms of Agreement for the Purchase and Delivery of the Chainsaw Maintenance Manual

1. Introduction These Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") govern the purchase, delivery, and use of the Chainsaw Maintenance Manual ("Product"). By purchasing the Product, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein.

2. Product Description The Product is a digital or physical copy of a comprehensive chainsaw maintenance manual. It provides guidance for chainsaw maintenance, and related safety guidance. The Product may be available in various formats, including digital download or physical delivery.

3. Purchase and Payment 3.1. By purchasing the Product, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the full amount of the purchase to your selected payment method. 3.2. All prices listed are in British Pounds and may include applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges where necessary. 3.3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

4. Delivery 4.1. For Digital Products: Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link or file via the email provided during checkout. Delivery of the digital product is immediate unless otherwise specified. 4.2. For Physical Products: The physical copy of the manual will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. 4.3. Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the Customer may result in delayed or failed deliveries. We are not responsible for re-shipping fees in such cases.

5. Use of Product 5.1. The Product is for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized copying of the manual is strictly prohibited. 5.2. We retain all intellectual property rights to the Product, and any unauthorized use of the content may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability 6.1. The Product is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 6.2. We are not liable for any damages or injury that may arise from the misuse or improper application of the content in the manual.

 

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility 1.1. For Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital downloads are final. We do not offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded. 1.2. For Physical Products: If the physical manual you receive is defective or damaged upon delivery, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. Refund Process 2.1. Digital Products: Refund requests for digital products will only be accepted if you can demonstrate that the product was not delivered or was delivered in an unusable format. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. 2.2. Physical Products: If you are eligible for a refund due to a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect. 2.3. Once we have reviewed and approved your refund request, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Cancellations 3.1. For Digital Products: Due to the immediate delivery of digital products, orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed. 3.2. For Physical Products: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by contacting us as soon as possible. If the product has already been shipped, you must follow the refund process.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns If returning a physical product, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping unless the item was received defective or damaged.

5. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• If the product was used or damaged by the customer.

• If digital content was successfully downloaded or accessed.

• If a physical product is returned without prior approval or outside the refund window.
